Through our early journey meeting and discussing finance options and raising awareness around our social agenda to open up pathways for aboriginal people into the finance industry many companies advised that they would like to be a part of an employment solution.
We decided to facilitate this connection by starting the Geared 4 Jobs Network designed to leverage these connections and creating an eco-system linking community, training and industry where like-minded businesses can contribute to creating real pathways to employment for the aboriginal community.
